What We Do
Local Law 11 (FISP) requires periodic façade inspections for buildings six stories or taller. Missing or failed inspections result in DOB violations and unsafe placards. We perform the repairs, prepare and file FISP reports, and coordinate scaffold installation as required.
NYC's Façade Inspection Safety Program (FISP) operates on a five-year cycle. Buildings that miss their filing window receive a DOB violation and — if conditions deteriorate — can be issued an UNSAFE placard, which is posted publicly and must be disclosed in all real estate transactions.
